Part One: Leaving Ben and Slams’ house

(After saying goodbye to the Allie, Ben and Slams three times)

Me: Hey, do you think we should just leave that bag full of stuff here for now?

Ned: Good idea! Let’s ask them. (Knocks wildly on their door)

Ben: Hey?

Ned: YOU HAVE SUCH AN AMAZING DOOR! (Stops, then stares at Ben in silence, clearly forgetting why he was knocking on the door in the first place. Ben and Allie stare back.)

Part Two: 2AM at the diner:

Ned: If I were a girl I’d probably wear a lot of patterned dresses or something.

Me: And we’d probably still be hooking up, har har har.

Ned: Oh you’re right! (Pause) That’s hot. (Pause) Wait.

Part Three: Walking home

Ned: Wouldn’t it be so great if we had a grappling hook right now?
